My name is Ryan (known online as Gubby), and this is my quaint, slightly autistic corner of the World Wide Web. I'm a fat chud living in the depressingly beautiful west coast of Canada, still figuring out what to do with his life.Since this is my first time tinkering with web design, please excuse me for any bugs or embed issues here

MUSIC STUFF

- Weezer
Weezy music that makes you wheeze. First rock band I've seriously listend to. I will continue to listen to Pinkerton daily as long as I'm single.
Favourite songs: "Grapes of Wrath", "Surf Wax America"
.- Kino (кино)
Legendary glasnost-era soviet postpunk band, nowadays known for popularising the "doomer" sort of music. I use them way too much for my posts.
Favourite songs: "Konchitsya Leto", "Voyna', "Posledniy Geroy"
.- The Offspring
Punk band whose songs I've been listening to since Elementary School. It has a pretty fly for a white guy.
Favourite songs: "Come Out and Play", "The Kids Are Alright"
.
- Nirvana
The NPC pumpkin spice latte of all rock bands that actually isn't overrated. Funnily enough, I was first introduced to the band by my cousins when I was in China despite living in the northwest for as long as I can remember.
Favourite songs: "Serve the Servants", "About a Girl", "Breed"
.- Fall Out Boy
"Borrowed" from my friend group. Pretty much the only emo band I regularly listen to and enjoy.
Favourite songs: "Thnks fr th mmrs", "The Phoenix"

Since I'm wishing to play guitar in the future and listen to music almost anywhere I go, I figure I'd make a page abt the stuff I like.As a rule of thumb, I usually just find whatever songs that feature electric guitars and aren't overly edgy "good". Bonus points if said songs don't belong to my generationOutside of the usual rock music, I like to listen to video game soundtracks and anything Vocaloid/Utau. I've always got something by C418 or Toby Fox when studying. I was also pretty fond of the COTL soundtrack for a while. My picks for Vocaloid are a lot more mainstream with my favourite artists being Deco 27, Chinozo, and Jame Paige/Flavor foley

Although the layout of this website is original and made by me, I took massive inspiration from the YouTube tutorials of channels nao cards and lvjnsl. If any of yall are wanting to make a page of your own, I highly recommend you to give a look at their tutorialsThroughout this website, I've also used the system font Squada One for the body text and Shrikhand for titles and headersImage credits:Site background from ShutterStock (duh)Friends
